We are both sellers and users, and we understand how important it is to choose the right ingredients. That’s why we handpick all-natural ingredients and carefully check each medicinal herb for bright colors, pure aromas, and good texture. We steer clear of any herbs that show signs of insect damage, mold, discoloration, or odd smells. We prefer medium-sized, uniform herbs because they tend to have more consistent nutrients. Additionally, we gently press the herbs to ensure they are firm and not soft. We also consider the origin and growing conditions of the herbs, prioritizing those from reputable regions. Through this meticulous selection process, we ensure that only the highest quality herbs are chosen to create the most effective herbal soups.

During the ingredient selection period prior to packaging, we ensure all staff wear caps or mesh caps and surgical gloves. The food preparation area is maintained with clean surfaces and equipment, proper storage of fresh ingredients, and continuous monitoring of food temperatures and storage conditions.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our products, some of the herbs we source may undergo traditional processing methods, including sulfur fumigation. This method is commonly used for dried herbs, dried fruits, and wine to help preserve them and protect against insects and mold.

For those sensitive to sulfur compounds, we recommend thoroughly rinsing and soaking the herbs for approximately 20 minutes before use, as indicated in our cooking instructions.
